GOT KITESURFING LESSONS?
This video features candid shots of a beginner kitesurfer attempting to learn at Waddell beach. Watch as this unnamed guy breaks two cardinal rules of instruction: 1) Never use a board leash 2) Never try to waterstart in close proximity to the beach. Luckily this guy wasn't injured, but he helps demonstrate the importance of taking kite lessons.

This video section is provided free for our students and contains a number of short video clips that cover all the instructional topics in our lessons. The idea behind providing students with internet based video clips is that students can watch the video and refresh themselves on the skills and safety techniques that they had learned in their last lesson.

It is important to understand that video by itself is an inadequate way to learn the sport of kitesurfing. Although video may teach you concepts, it doesn't help you in the application and execution of the concepts in a variety of conditions that are constantly changing from one moment to the next. Certified Kitesurfing instructors are trained and have experience in accessing conditions for safety and identifying student's exact equipment and technique needs at every step of instruction.
